Our stay at The Byre in Dromore was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the friendly hosts and their adorable dogs. The cozy atmosphere of the cottage, especially with the wood-burning stove, made us feel right at home. The homemade sodas and fresh homemade bread were a lovely touch. We also appreciated the stocked kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated with driftwood crafts and had a rustic charm that we adored. Additionally, the location near the Dromara Hills allowed us to explore the stunning Slieve Croob and its breathtaking summit views. We even had the opportunity to visit Mourne Alpacas, which was a must-do experience. our stay at The Byre was amazing, and we can't wait to come back!
If you're someone who expects crisp fresh linens like those in a Hilton hotel, you may need to adjust your expectations. However, the traditional bedding provided added to the cottage's authentic charm.
